SOUR CREAM SOUP
1 liter water
400 g potatoes
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon caraway
200 g sour cream
dry dark bread crumbs
[optional]
_ peel potatoes and cut into 5 mm thick slices
_ bring water to a boil
_ season with salt and caraway
_ put in potatoes [cook until soft]
_ mix in sour cream
_serve with bread crumbs
[great soup if you are sick - easy to digeste and lots of energy]

200 g Sauerrahm
trockene Schwarzbrotwürfel
