KIMCHI FRIED RICE
1 egg
1 tablespoon soy sauce
sesame oil
1 spring onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic
160 g kimchi
rice
[good Japanese or Korean]
1 tablespoon sesame
_ cook rice according to instructions
[rice from the day before works perfectly]
_ finely chop garlic and spring onion
_ cut kimchi into bite-size pieces [save kimchi juice]
_ fry garlic and kimchi in a large pan or wok [approx. 5 min]
_ add the boiled rice, spring onion and kimchi juice
_ fry for 15-20 minutes
_ season with soy sauce and sesame oil
_ fry a fried egg in a separate pan
_ season both with salt and pepper
_ arrange the rice in a bowl, place the fried egg on top and sprinkle with sesame
