SHISO HIBISCUS ICED LATTE
3 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
[alt. 3 tea bags hibiscus flower]
1 cup shiso leaves [fresh]
4 cups water
2 tablespoons honey
1 stick cinnamon
almond milk
_ place hibiscus flowers, shiso leaves and cinnamon in a large [sealable] jar or pitcher
_ pour cold water over it and close the jar
_ leave to infuse over night [8-12 h would be good]
_ strain liquid and discard the solid parts
_ stir in honey [or any sweetener of your choice]
_ serve over ice and add a splash of almond milk
[the almond milk will make it murky - stir to get a even, pink liquid]
