GINGER MILK TEA
50 g fresh ginger
1 stalk lemon grass
50 g sugar
250 ml water
250 ml hot water
1 teabag black tea
100 ml fresh milk
_ peel and bruise ginger
_ chop and bruise lemon grass
_ bring 250 ml of water to boil
_ add sugar, ginger and lemon grass
_ simmer for 10 min
_ strain to get a clear syrup
_ steep the teabag in the remaining 250 ml hot water

_ pour in the milk and ginger syrup to sweeten
_ stir to combine
_ serve hot or on ice
