BLUEBERRY SWIRL
250g blueberries
250g quark
vanilla
1 package puff pastry
2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
_ preheat oven to 180°C
_ cut puff pastry into about 4 cm wide stripes
_ combine quark and vanilla
_ spoon a small amount of quark in the center of each dough strip
_ place blueberries in a tight row on top
_ close the dough around the blueberries so you end up with a long roll
[close it as tight as possible]
_ butter a round cake pan
_ place the dough rolls into the pan forming a spiral
_ sprinkle with brown sugar
_ bake for 10 to 15 minutes [until golden]
_ serve warm [with ice cream]
