STRAWBERRY LINDEN BLOSSOM BUTTER
250 g butter [room temperature]
10 medium strawberries [very ripe]
handful fresh lime blossom heads [in full bloom]
honey [to taste]
_ Mix butter and strawberries together with a fork
[small pieces of strawberries are welcome to remain]
[if the sweetness of the strawberries is not enough you can stir in some honey here]
_ at the end carefully fold in the lime blossoms
_ fill into small silicone molds and press down well [e.g. silicone ice cube molds]
_ place in the refrigerator
_ as soon as the butter has cooled down again, you can remove the small butter molds and serve it
[If you don't want to use the butter right away, you can store it in the freezer for a few weeks.

10 mittelgroße Erdbeeren [sehr reif]
handvoll frische Lindenblütenköpfe [in voller Blüte]
Honig [nach Geschmack]
