1cup sugar
4 springs fresh thyme
[lemon thyme]
lemonade
1cup lemon juice [fresh]
4.5cups water
1cup thyme syrup
orangeade
1cup orange juice [fresh]
2cups water
0.3cups thyme syrup
_ for the thyme syrup bring water to a boil
_ dissolve sugar, add thyme and remove from heat
_ cover pot and let steep for 8-10min
_ remove thyme and let cool to room temperature
_ for the lemonade/orangeade mix the according ingredients well
[adjust sweetness to your liking]
_ serve on ice and decorated with some thyme springs
