3 egg whites
250 g sugar
250 g coconut flakes
½ lemon [zest and juice]
pinch salt
_ whisk egg whites
_ add sugar and salt
_ beat for 10 min !!! [will change it’s texture]
_ with a wooden spoon add coconut flakes and lemon [zest + juice]
_ preheat oven to 170°C
_ place mixture with a small spoon on a baking sheet
_ bake until lightly golden [about 15min]
