CHEESY GARLIC PULL-APART BREAD
240 ml water [lukewarm]
4 g dry yeast
2.5 cups flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
0.5 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup grated parmesan
1 cup grated mozzarella
3 teaspoons fresh thyme
3-4 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt
_ dissolve yeast in water
_ mix flour, water and sugar in a bowl
_ once water is well mixed in add 3tablespoons olive oil and salt
_ knead until you have a soft dough
_ form into a ball, cover with olive oil and place into a bowl
_ cover with plastic foil and keep in a warm place [for about 2 hours]
_ cut garlic and mix with olive oil, thyme and a pinch salt
_ once dough is risen form walnut sized balls
_ cover them with the olive oil mixture
_ place in an oven proof pan
_ cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for another 20-30min
_ preheat oven to 200°C
_ sprinkle dough with parmesan and mozzarella
_ bake for 20-30min until cheese is golden

4 g Trockenhefe
340 g Mehl
3 Esslöffel Olivenöl
0,5 Esslöffel Salz
1 Teelöffel Zucker
1 Tasse geriebener Parmesan
1 Tasse geriebener Mozzarella
3 Teelöffel frischer Thymian
3-4 Zehen Knoblauch
4 Esslöffel Olivenöl
