BLACK SESAME ICE CREAM
1 cup sesame paste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream
sweetened condensed milk [to taste]
_ combine sesame paste, vanilla and salt and blend well
_ beat cream until stiff peaks form
_ fold whipped cream carefully into the sesame mixture
_ season to taste with condensed milk
_ spoon into a freezer safe dish and freeze for at least six hours
[if you have an ice cream machine you can freeze it in there but you might have to give it a little more time in the freezer to firm up anyway]

1 Tasse [250 ml] Sesampaste
1 Teelöffel Vanille-Extrakt
¼ Teelöffel Salz
1 Tasse Schlagsahne
Kondensmilch
