ROASTED GARLIC
whole garlic bulbs
olive oil
_ preheat oven to 230°C [450°F]
_ peel away a couple of layers of the garlic bulb skin
[make sure to leave the cloves intact and the bulb as a whole]
_ slice a few millimeters off the top of the bulbs, exposing the cloves
_ place all bulbs in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil
_ drizzle with olive oil
_ cover completely with foil
_ place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes
_ wait for garlic to cool
_ use a fork to squeeze out the cloves
