150 g sugar
120 g flour
½ teaspoons baking powder
pinch salt
⅔ chocolate to ⅓ cocos fat
rum
cocos flakes
_ preheat oven to 170°C
_ beat the egg whites
_ whisk in the sugar
_ with a wooden spoon carefully add flour, baking powder and salt
_ spread mixture onto a baking sheet and bake until golden
_ let cool [can also dry out a bit over night]
_ cut into 1 by 2 cm cubes
_ heat chocolate and cocos fat in a water bath
_ add a good splash of rum
_ with a metal stick, shortly dip a cookie block into the chocolate - let drip off
_ cover with cocos flakes
_ let cool in the fridge until chocolate is completely cooled
