PANDAN LEMONGRASS ICE TEA
6 to 8 stalks lemongrass
4 pandan leaves
¾ cup sugar
2 liters water
_ chop lemongrass into thin slices
_ cut pandan leaves into medium chunks
_ combine 1 litre water with pandan leaves and lemongrass slices in a large pot
_ bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes
_ remove herbs [use a fine meshed strainer or a cloth] and add sugar [stir until dissolved]
_ add remaining water [I like it less sweet so I usually add even more water]
_ leave to cool to room temperature
_ chill in the fridge until ready to serve
_ serve over ice

150 g Zucker
2 Liter Wasser
