GUACAMOLE
2 ripe avocados
2 large tomatoes
jalapeños
salt
½ lime [juice]
_cut avocados in half
[if you can’t get ripe avocados, place them one day next to bananas and they will get soft]
_remove stone and scrape out flesh
_mash avocado with a fork [until you get a creamy texture]
_chop jalapeños into small pieces
[how much you use depends on how spicy you like it]
_remove seeds from tomatoes [otherwise it gets to liquid]
_cut them into small pieces
_mix everything together
_season to taste with salt and lime juice
[nice as a dip, salad dressing, taco topping or with some enchiladas]
