DANDELION BLOSSOM SUGAR
3 tablespoons dandelion flowers
50 g sugar
_ pick dandelion flowers on a sunny day
_ pluck the yellow petals from the flowers
[the green leaves would make the sugar bitter]
_ grind the blossoms and sugar in a blender
[until a homogeneous mass is formed]
_ spread it out onto a baking sheet and let it dry completely
[at 50°C in the oven / dehydrator or in the sun]
_ grind again in a blender to loosen the lumps
_ store in an airtight container
