CREAMY MANGO ICE CREAM
3 ripe mangos
125 ml coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-4 tablespoons maple syrup
pinch salt
_ remove skin and stone from the mangos and cut into small cubes
_ place in the freezer until frozen solid
[you can make this a while in advance]
_ take mango chunks out of the freezer
_ place mango together with all other ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor
_ process until you get a smooth and creamy mixture
_ don’t over process it [some mango pieces in there are actually nice]
_ drizzle with more maple syrup and serve immediately
MANGO EIS
3 sehr reife Mangos
125 ml Kokosnussmilch
1/2 Teelöffel Vanilleextrakt
2-4 Esslöffel Ahornsirup
