COCONUT CHAMOMILE MANGO MILKSHAKE
2 bags chamomile tea
½ cup water
2 mangoes
1 can coconut milk [refrigerated]
½ cup plain yoghurt
pinch salt
¼ cup honey
_ steep chamomile tea for 10 minutes
_ discard tea bag and cool tea completely
_ combine all ingredients in a blender
[or a high bowl and use a hand blender] and blend until smooth
_ refrigerate and serve cold

2 Mangos
1 Dose Kokosnussmilch [gekühlt]
125 g Naturjoghurt
Prise Salz
85 g Honig
