CARROT GINGER ICE TEA
250 g apples [200 ml juice]
250 g carrots [200 ml juice]
20 g ginger
2 oranges [150 ml juice]
200 ml black tea
_ brew tea [don’t steep longer than 5 minutes - you don’t want it getting bitter]
_ juice apples, carrots, oranges and ginger
[if you don’t have a juicer - cut all fruits and vegetables into small chunks and blend with the tea until smooth - strain trough a cloth]
_ combine juices with tea
_ chill well and serve on ice

20 g Ingwer
2 Orangen [150 ml Saft]
200 ml schwarzer Tee
