BREAD SPICE
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon anise seeds
½ teaspoon coriander seeds
20 seeds fenugreek
_ heat a pan to medium heat [without oil]
_ add spices until fragrant [take care - this happens really fast]
_ leave spices to cool down
_ use a mortar or an electric blender to grind the spices into a fine powder
_ store the powder in an air tight jar
[for a 1 kg bread you’ll need about 1 tablespoon spice powder - but that’s up to you]
