ANISBÖGEN - AUSTRIAN ANISE COOKIES
4 eggs
200 g sugar
200 g flour
pinch salt
anise
_whisk eggs with sugar [if the eggs are small - add some milk or water]
_with a wooden spoon add flour and salt
[the less long you beat the dough - the smoother and nicer the cookies get]
_ preheat oven to 170°C
_ with a small spoon place little portions on a baking sheet
_ decorate with anise
_ bake until golden [about 10min]
_ while baking prepare some soup bowls
[now it’s time to hurry!! ]
_ take the cookies out of the oven
_ with a knife get the still hot cookies off the paper
_ bend them in the middle and stick them under the rim of a soup bowl
_ let them cool in place
